Due to increasing popularity, this year we are offering three cohorts of the Supervisors Forum! The first cohort will take place in St. Cloud on February 5, 12, 19 and 26. This forum is designed for those who want to enhance their supervisory skills to be more effective leaders of other people. In each session, participants will learn a variety of skills, and use role play and application exercises to practice how and when to utilize behaviors for maximum effectiveness within their organization.
The Operations Forum is designed for senior and mid-level managers responsible in whole, or in part, for operations, process improvement and/or supply chain functions. This three-day forum is a comprehensive program for analyzing all aspects of operations, including processes, supply chain, quality control and lean management. Participants will walk away with tools and an application plan.
The 7 Habits for Managers Forum is ideally suited for managers of processes, teams, departments, divisions and business units. The forum is designed to equip today’s managers with the tools needed to lead teams, overcome interpersonal and organizational challenges, manage and enhance team member performance and produce superior and lasting results.
